Eligibility for Refunds

We provide unconditional refunds if you experienced technical problems that prevented you from using the AI processing service. This includes:

  • Service outages or downtime that prevented AI processing
  • Technical errors or bugs that made the service unusable
  • Processing failures that did not deliver results
  • Authentication or account issues that blocked access to purchased features

How We Verify Refund Requests

We maintain detailed service logs that allow us to verify whether you were able to successfully use the AI processing service. When you submit a refund request, we will:

  • Review our logs to confirm any technical issues you experienced
  • Verify your account's usage history
  • Check for any service disruptions during your usage period

This process ensures fair treatment for all customers while protecting against abuse.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • The AI processing service has been successfully used during the billing period
  • Change of mind after purchase (when service worked as intended)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (AI outputs vary by video content)
  • Issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or browser configuration

  • Description of the technical issue you experienced

Refund Processing Time

  • We aim to review all refund requests within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

Subscription Extension Alternative

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer to extend your subscription period at no additional cost. This is often faster and allows you to continue using the service once the technical issue is resolved.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period when you cancel
  • If you cancel within the first 7 days and have not used the AI processing service, you may request a full refund
